HZS35Conrete Mixing Plant,mixing console and upgrading aggregate using JS750 twin shaft compulsory mixer,batching part of aggregate adopts PLD1200 type concrete batching machine,loader feeding, electronic scales measuring;Cement stored in cement silo,transported by screw conveyor,measured by cement scales;Water stored by tank and reservoir,water supplied by water pumps,measured by water scale.After the liquid admixture is stirred evenly in admixture storage tanks,then measured by corrosion pump into the admixture scales.The whole batching and mixing process done automatically controlled by the electronic control system (which can also be controlled manually),the control system can store multiple different concrete ratio for the user to call at any time.The station has a simple structure,installed and debugged easily,advanced system configuration,measuring and control system using imported components,
